He will make friends with people easily and is very loyal to those that he is friends with. Takeshi will try and calm others down as well. He is always seen smiling and laughing even sometimes to nothing at all. He holds respect for those that he sees as strong or important.
Takeshi is also rather gullible, thinking that mostly everything is a game that they are playing. Despite this thought, Takeshi fights for his friends and will do everything he can for them. He doesn't hold back and would sacrifice himself for them without any thought in the matter.
Takeshi, even with his calm attitude, will get mad when his friends and allies are hurt. He has been know to completely lose his calm personality entirely. He will fight until he falls when his friends are in danger. [/style]

Takeshi was instead raised by his father Tsuyoshi Yamamoto. In his younger years takeshi was taught how to help out at the families restaurant by his father. Meaning he has learned how to make sushi rather well now and can cook for himself.
As Takeshi entered middle school, he became known for his superb athletic skills. He was in almost every after school sport. Even with them all, Takeshi had a deep and unyielding love for baseball. Takeshi started dedicating his life to the sport and soon enough everyone knew who he was from his appearance in all the schools sports.
Takeshi came to really know Tsuna, during a volleyball match. They had been short on players and Tsuna had been called in for the match. He had heard lately that Tsuna had been doing incredible things so he himself wondered how he would be during the tournament. He was a little disappointed when Tsuna started to make them lose the match.
Afterwards however, he came back and his team won with the help of Tsuna's blocks. After the game Takeshi became close to Tsuna helping him however he could and becoming part of his circle. It wasn't long after that Takeshi was introduced to the term mafia. Though he only thought of it as a game. He trained with the kid that always hung around Tsuna learning how to change a bat he had given him into a sword when he swung fast enough.
When the attacks started happening on students, Takeshi would end up coming upon an injured Gokudera with Tsuna. A male attacking them. He instantly rushed to their rescue causing the male to run away. It was later as they went to find who was causing the attacks that he was caught with another male. He fought with him and his bat broke, and he refused to get hurt since he had a match the next day.
When Tsuna was thrown into the battle however, he gave up that thought and gave up his arm in order to save him and win the battle. Later, when the group challenged the fake Mukuro, Takeshi was able to find out the secret of his attacks. Despite this knowledge, he was beaten and knocked unconscious.
Later, Takeshi was defeated along with gokudera and tsuna, by squalo a member of the varia. They were told of the rings and Takeshi was given the half of the vongola rain ring. Knowing that the Varia were coming to take them, he asked his father to train him in the sacred sword style he knew. He learned the forms from his father and was given his sword after learning all eight forms perfectly.
He was set to fight Squalo again, but was told by Dino that Squalo probably knew his style. Uncaring for this information, Takeshi decided to fight with the style anyway. He was soon to find that Squalo did in fact know the style. Takeshi was sorely losing, before in mid battle he developed his own forth form and attacked Squalo but refused to hurt him simply knocking him out instead.
Unknowing of what was going to happen Takeshi watched as Squalo was attacked by a released shark. He tried to save him but Squalo knocked him away. Takeshi was devastated because of the loss he thought had happened. Later, during Tsuna's fight, he was saved from the poison by hibari. He went to save chrome with gokudera but was trapped by Mammon's illusions. All of them being saved by Ryohei.
Takeshi helped subdue the rest of the Varia and they surrendered to the Vongola. It was during this that he found out that Squalo had not died but had been saved by Dino. Even though Squalo was his enemy he was relieved that he hadn't died during the battle, and he gained the full rain vongola ring.
Now, life has returned to normal other than the odd note that tsuna had received. Takeshi is still his normal self thinking that the entire situation is merely a game and that he has to protect his friends.
