→GENERAL RULES←

◎ RESPECT;; respect one another. we cannot stress this enough. treat everyone the way you want to be treated. we don't want to see people yelling at each other in the c-box or arguing. if characters dislike each other, keep it in character and don't think things personally.

◎ CENSORSHIP, DISCRIMINATION, AND LANGUAGE;; cursing is allowed on this board in character. that doesn't mean that every other word can be a curse word. keep it to a minimum. explicit content is strictly forbidden. if you feel the need to roleplay explicit material, fade to black and take it to pm or instant messenger. POSTS WITH EXPLICIT CONTENT WILL BE DELETED WITHOUT QUESTION. any sort of racism, derogatory remarks, sexism, or other discriminatory content is also forbidden and will result in immediate banning.

◎ ACCOUNTS;; this is an account-per-character board in order to keep the board more organized. each account's username should be the first name of your character in ALL CAPS. No special symbols or letters.

◎ ACTIVITY;; by joining and creating a character on this forum, you promise to remain active. by active, we don't mean log in and look around. we expect at least two to three posts a week at a minimum. with that said, do not join if you do not think you can devote the time to this forum.

◎ KNOWLEDGE;; you do not necessarily have to know anything about KHR to Roleplay here. any questions asked can easily be answered by staff or other members who know the series. we don't bite, so don't be afraid to ask.

→CHARACTER/APPLICATION RULES←

◎ CANONS;; due to this sites plot we have the original canons of khr. meaning all of the vongola, and the cavallone and bovino, etc. are open for the taking. however, we ask that you reserve the characters before starting on the app or try out.

[/b] try outs are for all of the main canon characters such as the guardians, bosses and acrobaleno. do not be afraid of this. its a very simple try out to make sure that the canons can be played correctly simple information such as the name of the character, age, flame type, box weapon/animal, and a small rp sample (100 words or more) will be asked for.[/ul]

◎ CLAIMS;; we ask that you make all claims before making your character. these claims include but aren't limited to face claims, canon claims (if needed), etc. more information about this will be in the application template and claims section.


◎ FLAME TYPES;; when making your character you will be allowed one main flame. however, by posting you will earn money to buy as many sub flames as you wish. however, if too many characters have so many flames like gokudera it may be limited. all flames will be open to canons as well as oc characters. the only flame that is limited right now is the sky flame. only bosses may have this flame.

[/b] everyone has an option of making a judgement call. what is a judgement call? it is an option to pm me (the main admin) with a list of reasons why your character should have a sub flame to put into their application. the staff will discuss your reasons and give you an answer no later than two days after your judgement call. (the character may be accepted before you get the response back from the call and will be edited if yes). all decisions will be based on your reasons and a judgement call will not be given out lightly. these will be very rare and only to those applicants with the best reasoning.[/ul]

◎ CANON FLAMES AND ABILITIES;; in accordance to the above rule canons that have two flames in the beginning will have one flame when making their application. meaning gokudera's player will have to earn all of the flames he may or may not get. a judgement call on canons will be just as hard to obtain as a oc judgement call. why? because as a canon you should be posting often. meaning it shouldn't be hard to get those points for a second flame. canons also have the option of making new box's and adding flames they did not have before in the show. meaning they have just as much power as oc's.

◎ BOX ANIMALS/WEAPONS;; when making your character you may have one box animal/weapon. this is your choice on what you want to make it. for canons it is recommended you make that one of the ones they had in the show and add on other box weapons as you rp and gain points.

◎ RINGS;; all characters are allowed two rings when making their characters. this is optional. you do not have to have a second ring. however, this is for canons and oc's that want to have a second ring for a different reason. (we ask that you have a description on the rings if not canon)

◎ LIMITS;; since we don't want super spiced up characters there are limits on what you can and can't have on your characters.

Box Weapons: there is a limit of 4 that you can purchase and add onto your character so a total of 5 can be on a characters inventory

Box Animals: there is a limit of 2 that you can have. Meaning only one extra box animal can be purchased if you chose to have a box animal as your choice on the application.

Flames: there is no limit on the number of flames you can posses at this time. however if characters all have an overpowered number of flames this will change.

Rings: there is no limit on the number of rings you may have.

◎ WORD MINIMUM;; we have a word minimum of 100 words. this is not all that big so it shouldn't be hard to reach. but please try to match the count of the person you are roleplaying with.

◎ FACE CLAIM;; this roleplay uses Anime face claims only! no two characters may have the same face claim (except for identical twins which is rare). face claims simply account for the appearance of the character, not the personality, name, or any other information. check the face claim list to make sure the one you want isn't taken.

all khr face claims are reserved for their respective canons!

◎ OOC;; there should be no Out of Character chat within the roleplaying boards. if it is absolutely necessary, be sure to separate it from the rest of your post and label it with "OOC".

◎ POSTING;; do not post with your character until it has been approved by the staff. use proper english and grammar. double posting is not permitted in any roleplay threads. if you need to change or add something, use the pretty little 'edit' button.

◎ POWER PLAYING & GOD MODDING;; we do not want to see anyone controlling another person's character unless it is consensual or a characters 'ability' warrants it. we understand that some characters are powerful, but nobody is invincible. if you get into a fight, don't dodge every attack thrown at you.

[/b];; many injuries are hindering and certain injuries may quite possibly be fatal, such as stab wounds to vital organs, severing or major arteries, etc., if adequate medical attention is not attained. if your character is hurt, they're not going to be running a marathon. be realistic.[/ul]

◎ IN CHARACTER KNOWLEDGE;; do not assume that your character knows anything about another character. any information posted in profiles is to be considered unknown unless told by the character themselves, or predetermined in plotting.

◎ NPC ACCOUNT;; this account is for plots. Mostly used for Npc characters that staff will use (such as vongola 9th). Also we may use it to npc cannons that are not taken that are needed for a certain plot arc. Either way, please do not be afraid of this hurr account. [/size][/blockquote]

◎ AVATARS;; all avatars must be a picture of your character and should be no larger or smaller than 100 x 100.

◎ SIGNATURES;; keep them to an appropriate size. if they stretch the board in any way, staff will remove them and you will be asked to resize them. no explicit images - keep them clean or they will be removed.
